Are you thinking about planning a trip to Utah? You’ve got to stop at the Mighty 5! There are five awesome National Parks and you can see them all on a road trip! Here’s a closer look at some of the coolest National Parks:
Zion National Park
Something really fun to do in Zion is to climb the Subway. You’ll need a permit to hike, because rangers will likely be checking as you hike out. You can check out the bison herd while you’re there too to catch a glimpse at the wildlife.
Bryce National Park
Bryce is always a pretty place to visit, but in the winter, it is breathtaking! The snow covers the hoodoos and it is quite the site to see. While part of the park does close in the snow, you’ll still be able to find fun hikes that provide great views.
Arches National Park
This is a great place to catch the sunset! You’ll also get some amazing photos while you visit. You’ll also have fun exploring around the park, like hiking up to Delicate Arch. It may be a pretty crowded place to visit but visiting it at night provides less of an audience and amazing stargazing.
Canyonlands National Park
This park is split into three parts: The Maze, The Needles, and The Island in the Sky. They each offer different opportunities for sightseeing and you are sure to have the adventure of a lifetime on your visit. You can explore this park on foot, by horseback, mountain bike, or four wheelers, but keep in mind that you will most likely need a permit.
Capitol Reef National Park
This park is considered a hidden treasure! It features cliffs, canyons, domes, and bridges in the Waterpocket Fold (which is an Earth Wrinkle). There is rich cultural history there and it is home to some unique views and enjoyable hikes.
Travel in a Lance Camper
Lance Campers encourage you to travel more often, and with so many affordable and versatile models to choose from, there's definitely a Lance Camper that's right for you. Head to your local dealership and shop for a truck camper or travel trailer.
